Class Descriptions
Traditional Yoga - Yoga asana practice centered around core beliefs and traditions originating from India. Asana poses derived from Hatha, Ashtanga and Vinyasa.
Restorative Yoga - Comfortable asana poses using a variety of props such as blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks. The majority of this style consists of fewer poses but longer holds. This class is primarily conducted down on the mat.
Power Vinyasa - Power Vinyasa is a strong, vigorous, dynamic style of yoga that involves challenging postures performed in a flowing sequence that matches breath and movement.
Stretch Yoga - A yoga stretch is a muscular stretch that is performed as part of a yoga pose, or asana. Yoga poses can be considered isometric stretches, which are a combination of stretching and strength training.
